[Xcb] doing proper mouse movement of windows

Hi all, I've got a window manager that I'm working on in my spare time.
Right now I'm trying to get mouse movement working right. I have based my
implementation on i3's, but I didn't get something right, because I have a
few problems: Window movement seems to keep moving in the direction you
started the drag, regardless of if you have now reversed it. Resizing also
displays similar habits, but also seems to resize the windows to immense
