[Xcb] Bug#722688: libxcb: FTBFS when $HOME does not exist: /install-sh: No such file or directory

The upstream patch could have been a bit more verbose as for why it
fixes the issue, I suspect, but oh well. Feel free to upload, possibly
also removing me from Uploaders[1].
