[Xcb] [PATCH 2/2] Add tests/checklog2html.py

Nope :-(.

Trying to figure out how to run things. Trying "make check_all" in the
libxcb/tests directory currently gives me:

  CCLD     check_all
  /usr/bin/ld: /usr/lib/debug/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/crt1.o(.debug_info):
relocation 0 has invalid symbol index 11

followed by a whole bunch more errors like this.

I don't actually see any tests in libxcb/tests/. I can't find all the
CheckLog files it looks like I'm supposed to have.

In short, I'm completely lost. What is supposed to be doing what here?
