[Xcb] [PATCH] Check for .m4 files before running autoreconf from autogen.sh

While preparing a release of xcb-util-wm, I noticed that your patch has
never been pushed. Really sorry about that. I have now pushed the second
revision of your patch (based on autogen.sh from util-keysyms) to all
these repositories. Thanks!
