[Xcb] updated temp repos for pulling ( Re: [PATCHSET] ListInputDevices revision 2 )

I have updated the repos at:

Therefore this patchset is available for pulling from
the following branches in these repos:
    "ListInputDevices-V7" on xcb/libxcb
    "ListInputDevices-V5" on xcb/proto
because it is fully reviewed.
( always use the branch with highest V-number.
I is automatically in the path to the default HEAD. )

Ran, do you want to re-review my adaptations which I made 
according to your suggestions before this is merged to upstream?
( the output of the generator has stayed the same, so these 
should be OK. )

Next things to review are:
* patchset "XmlFixesNewGenerator" in xcb/proto:
  This contains only changes to xinput.xml
  So, there is knowledge about the generator needed for reviewing.

* patchset "PopcountList" in xcb/proto and xcb/libxcb
  This contains changes to the generator, and changes to the
  xml protocol definitions.
