[Xcb] [PATCH libxcb] expose 64-bit sequence numbers for XLib

Hi all,

Humble ping... The X11 part that depends on these patches have now been 
reviewed [1], it would be great to move forward with these required XCB 
changes.

I mean, the bulk of the changes resides in libX11, these changes in XCB 
seem pretty straightforward (it's just exposing existing data).

I am willing to help and would be happy to rework the patches following 
the previous reviews from Uli and Josh so we can merge these patches and 
unblock libX11, would that be OK?
