[Xcb] New release of xcb ?

Hi

So I've prepared the branch xcb-1.11 and tag 1.11.1 and pushed in my local copy of the repo here:

    git://people.freedesktop.org/~ofourdan/libxcb

That was pretty straightforward actually.

I've installed the build on 32bit and 64bit machines, built the libX11 depending on the 64bit API in libxcb and ran the reproducer programs I had and no fail.

This is also installed on my main workstation with no noticeable ill effect.

Please let me know if that looks good and what would be the next step - I've also signed the tag on my mirror repo, but if this is not suitable, no problem at all, I can easily wipe this out and redo it (as long as it's not merged in the official repo ^_~)
