[Xcb] [PATCH v2] expose 64-bit sequence numbers for XLib

Hi,

I have pushed this patch now.
(Sorry for the wrong timestamp. I forgot to start ntpdate after waking up the  virtual machine that I use for XCB.)

Thanks Olivier for your revision of the patch and Uli for the review.
