[Xcb] New release of xcb ?

Hi again Uli,

I have tested this version by installing it on two Linux systems (some version of Debian, and Ubuntu-14.04 LTS), and working a while with it.
There were no additional errors due to this.
So, it seems to be safe to release this version.

Therefore:
