[Xcb] New release of xcb ?

Yup, that's on purpose. I named my branch "1.11" and my local git has some
problems with a tag and a branch having the same name. It's better not to have
that problem on the official repo. :-)

Plus, the branch would just point at the same commit as the tag. So if a 1.11.2
should be planned, we can still create a xcb-1.11 branch then.

And I was lazy :-)
