[Xcb] xcb-proto minor release without breaking changes?

I'm no expert on xcb-proto and would thus prefer if someone else did that minor
release. Perhaps there are also other safe patches in git that should be
included in the release?

Does anyone else feel qualified to check and prepare a release?
