[Xcb] [PATCH libxcb 1/2] c_client.py: expand tabs

[Ran Benita]

python3 doesn't like tabs mixed with spaces, throws errors like:

        after_end_of_request = '(((char*)R) + R->length * 4)'
                                                            ^
    TabError: inconsistent use of tabs and spaces in indentation
