[Xcb] [PATCH v2 0/4] Support lists of FDs, DRI3 v1.1

Hi,
This is a re-send of the previous series to add support for lists of FDs
in XCB protocols, with some fixes to not serialising non-wire fields.

This also adds a DRI3 v1.1 protocol which depends on these changes; it
is included here purely for documentation purposes, as I expect actual
protocol review to take place on xorg-devel at .
