[Xcb] the sample code for the screen capture to the hw acceleration encoder

Hi,

I am new to the XCB /XLIB and currently would like do the screen recording
by using Intel hardware acceleration encoder.

I did some search on Google but could not find the sample code or the
document about that.

I would appreciate that if someone may point me in the right direction.
