Yes, the script we use to upload new releases puts packages under
www.x.org/releases/individual and it requires us to manually remember
to copy them over to the xcb.freedesktop.org/dist location.

The release announcement only lists the releases/individual path and not
the dist one, since it's generated by the same script:

(https://xorg.freedesktop.org/archive/ and www.x.org/releases are linked
  to the same place, so they should always be in sync with each other.)
