I'm busy enough at the moment (having just moved) that I doubt that I'll
have time to try to set up anything in advance of the meeting.

If someone wants to volunteer to set up such software, I can make a
machine available in advance to do the configuration on (and can plug a
web cam into it).  That particular box is currently running Fedora core
3.
