Portals packages for the PPA

Hey Matthias/Alex/all,

I noticed that Simon McVittie just uploaded debs for xdg-desktop-portal 
and xdg-desktop-portal-gtk for Debian. Thanks Simon!

It would be handy to have the portals available on Ubuntu as well. Are 
they any plans to make them available in the PPA? Is there anything I 
can do to help?
