I tried all the apps on the flatpak.org site with gnome-software from
git master:

GPG Blender
GPG Picard
GPG Pitivi
NO Builder
NO Skype
NO Spotify
NO Telegram
YES Corebird
YES FeedReader
YES GNOME MPV
YES GNOME Twitch
YES LibreOffice
YES MonoDevelop
YES Pithos
YES Recipes
YES Transmission Remote Gtk

NO = worked, but no AppStream so looked crap
YES = worked, with AppStream and looks great
GPG = key error

For the key error, I think this might be a case of the appstream
branch not being signed (correctly?), as this is the output I get from
gnome-software:

While pulling appstream/x86_64 from remote org.blender.Blender-origin:
Commit 3aed16d42931db4d04baba1d9bb5a4c0657eb41843b1112ec28f1fedeca82f92:
GPG verification enabled, but no signatures found (use
gpg-verify=false in remote config to disable)

For GNOME Builder there is nothing listed for it in the gnome-apps
appstream file -- lots of other apps, but not builder for some reason.
