Yet again two comments:


It seems that the row of the "Type" key got accidentally deleted from
Table 2. (Yes, I see the column called "Type" which is a nice thing, but
it's row should be present, too.)


Table 2 says that Encoding and GenericName are required fields. (Is it
really okay to require a GenericName???) However, in the example of
appendix A neither of these two keys are present.
