Proposed Browser Bookmark Sharing Standard.

It is probably overkill for this situation, but I developed an nfs-safe
non-locking transactional update mechanism for a database, which would
work just as well for a bookmarks file. see
http://repetae.net/john/computer/vsdb
all that would be needed is to embed a revision number in the XBEL file
and use the update mechanism described. probably overkill though, but
thought i'd throw it into the mix...
