Enhancing Usability regarding Input Methods in the X desktop

   You may have a look at my Smart Common Input Method platform: 
http://www.turbolinux.com.cn/~suzhe/scim/

   It's locale independ itself, and can be used in any locale with UTF-8 
encoding.
