[PATCH] Proposed shared-mime-data change: Add pot, modify ppt

I've compiled a little patch against the shared-mime-info database that
adds a new type for gettext translation templates. Unfortunately it
conflicts with the Microsoft PowerPoint information. Therefore I've
added a magic/match condition which seems to apply for all PPT documents
I've created using OOo and a few I've downloaded from the internet.
May I commit this patch?
