The policy on hosting projects on FD.o is fairly open AFAIK...  it
pretty much consists of contacting someone with a sysadmin account and
getting CVS/web/wiki accounts etc.  That doesn't mean a hosted project
is fully endorsed or anything.

Currently there aren't many KDE (if at all) projects hosted under
FD.o, so having these hosted here would be wonderful.

A nice FD.o page grouping together all these KDE interop efforts would
be cool too.
