Please help me host my project on freedesktop.org.

Hi,
  I'm the maintainer of SCIM (Smart Common Input Method) project. I sent
a mail to xdg-list and sitewranglers list to request hosting SCIM on
freedesktop.org several days ago.
  Only my account on freedesktop.org was created by Heinrich after that.
And I already created my wiki account according to his reply.
  Now could anybody please tell me how to create the CVS repository,
webpage and maillist for SCIM? Or can anybody help me do these?
