[PATCH] Fix shared-mime-info Glade information

The attached patch aims to fix issues where glade files are detected as
XML files because content-sniffing doesn't work as expected.
Plus, "+xml" is appended to the MIME type to reflect that glade files
are XML subtypes. image/svg+xml works in a similar fashion.
