And also, it seems like the _2f and _2d broken encodeing should be removed
from the directory/page names. I assume that encoding happened when some
conversion was done from broken wiki to new wiki.

It makes some of the webpage names not quickly intelligible and I guess
could cause problems with readers with limited English skills.
