Project hosting request

Hi, I'd like to request hosting on fd.o for a project to produce a
cross-desktop combined IM and VOIP framework called the InterPersonal
Communication Framework (aka ipcf). Currently all that exists of this
project is the attached diagram, and consensus on the project between 
the kopete devs, Nokia's VOIP framework team, the farsight team, and 
(to some degree) the galago team. Work *should* progress rapidly once 
we have some hosting..
