d-vfs will be user-space only

D-VFS will be a pure user-space solution with a new API.  You have made
your arguments, and repeated them many times over, and the decision is
still to go pure user-space.  Whether you agree with the decision or
not, the decision is made, and it is absolutely final.

I honestly do appreciate your guys' desire to get what you feel is the
best solution.  However, further posts on this sub-topic are not
constructive.  Let's keep the signal-to-noise ratio of the list in mind.

Thank you for your consideration of this list, its current and future
usefulness, and the sanity of the other developers and projects sharing
the list with us.
