Support separate file "actions" via MIME-type

This would be a most welcome addition. The description at

can be a good starting point.

I understand that the actions are only possible for files with a
mime type that is in the list of mime types. Should it be possible
to restrict/expand the mime types for each possible actions (by
overloading the MimeType key, eg)?
