Suggestion for name specification for extra drive and media icons

My concern with the original proposal was that,
for instance, a DVD-RW would get a CD icon when
no DVD-RW icon exists, even if a DVD icon does.
That seemed kind of silly to me.

Your proposal addressed that nicely, and even
obviated the need for extra fallback rules by
leveraging the hyphen-shortening stuff.
