autostart spec changes

And now for something completely different - I have
a favor to ask.

I would like the autostart specification for media
to take autostart.inf files into consideration.

Specifically, if a user has some version of Wine
on their system, they have the ability to process
a windows CD insertion automatically.

I recognize that this poses a challenge for the spec,
because it is not clear (to me at least), how the
OS would go about finding a handler for the .inf file.

But it would sure be nice...
