[Wasabi] Wrapping up milestone 1

 Hi,

We need to wrap up milestone 1, and get a proposal spec out for public
evaluation. See http://wiki.freedesktop.org/wiki/WasabiRoadMap. We are due
this Tuesday (2007-02-06). Now is the time to come out with you last minute
comments and/or correct the obvious mistakes... We still have a one month
evaluation to correct things in, but let's spare the rest of the web any
stupidities we might have overlooked.

I suggest we put the following in the proposed search-spec:
