defaults.list part disappeared from desktop file specification

Hi,
while fixing bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10042 , I
noticed "Priority of MIME Types and desktop files" got dropped from
Desktop File specification when the mimeinfo.cache part was removed,
last August.
This is kind of a problem since it was the only place where
defaults.list syntax was specified and moreover, xdg-utils (and
gnome-vfs) are using this file.
While putting this information in Desktop File spec isn't the best place
(mime-actions spec might be better but it is still in early stage and
might depend on not implemented or released spec), it might be better to
put it back for now.
