General disclaimer about icon naming

KDE is NOW in the process of implementing the Icon Naming Spec.
Unfortunately, up until just recently, we basically said 'well that is
nice' and didn't pay much attention to it.
So, I think that you can expect a lot of suggestions and issues from KDE
in the next month or so. I'm sorry that we waited until after version
0.8 was released, but that is just the way it is.
I presume that some of these issues will be important and some not.
But, it must be presumed that the spec is intended to be valid for a
long time and we really need to get things right before 1.0 is released.
I am not going to ask for any major changes, but if I find what appear
to be errors, I will bring them up -- that is why drafts are released
for comment. I think that KDE is going to be asking for the addition of
a significant number of icons since KDE does thing differently than
GNOME and this does require different icons. We could have tried to
standardize how to do things first, but that probably wouldn't have worked.
