Xesam meta-meta-data spec needs attention.

Personally, I still prefer RDF approach. However, RDF is a data representation 
and is only one issue. The other issue is what exactly do we represent. This 
is what I wanted to discuss. My concern was and still is that Xesam 
development stalled.
