I had an all-day meeting on Monday when this was originally scheduled.
 I'm currently UTC-0400 so it looks like it'd be pretty hard to get
both me and Fabrice on at the same time. ;)

Weekday afternoons EDT are best for me, which would I guess be early
evening UTC.
