D-Bus doesn't use a communication standard

There is an ABI stable specification in which both the Java and C#
bindings have used to connect to the bus without using the library. It
is the first link[1] under the Documentation section on the dbus
wiki[2]. D-Bus will also go through formal standardization through the
Linux Foundation.
