Icon names vs. emblems

KDE 4 has abandoned overlays and now uses emblems as well. Unlike GNOME,
we don't support specialized emblem positioning via icon files though, so 
currently our emblems are just in one of the corners of an icon (which one is 
defined by the application using the emblem).
