Three new XSETTINGS

Heya!

I'd like to propose the addition of three new settings for XSETTIGNS:

Net/SoundThemeName as a STRING:
The sound theme to use, as defined by Marc-Andre Lureau's XDG
    sound theme spec:

Net/EnableEventSounds as an INT:
If 1, event sounds are enabled, otherwise none should be played.

Net/EnableInputFeedbackSounds as an INT:
If this and the previous setting is 1, input feedback sounds are
enabled, otherwise none should be played.

As "input feedback sound" I consider those which are direct feedback
for mouse clicks or other input events by the user. i.e. the sounds
that are played when you click on a button, or when you close a
window. Sounds that do not fall under this category are "You Got Mail"
and "Disk finished burning" and suchlike.

I have prepared patches for gnome-settings-daemon and gtk which add these
settings and hook them up properly with GtkSettings resp. gconf:

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=539786
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=539790

Also, libcanberra from git has been patched to respect these settings.

Any comments?

Lennart
