Numbering requirements of The FreeDesktop.org Trash specification

The FreeDesktop.org Trash specification 
(http://www.ramendik.ru/docs/trashspec.html) states a list of 
requirements for the implementaions.

I think it could be useful creating an identifier for each requirement 
(for example numbering all requirements) for later reference.

Other people thinks this is a good idea?
