[ANNOUNCE] Git User's Survey 2008 has started

Could you please add announcement about Git User's Survey 2008
to http://gitweb.freedesktop.org (to the header in projects list page,
whcih in default gitweb installation GITWEB_HOMETEXT = indextext.html),
and if possible to http://cgit.freedesktop.org.  The survey would last 
till 10 October 2008.

Perhaps something like below (this is only a proposal):
