fd.o is an SPI project and uses SPI to deal with finances. There's a
fairly good process in place for sending money to SPI and marking it for
fd.o.

Please ask the SPI treasurer <treasurer at spi-inc.org> for whatever
information you need to get SoC payments sent there.
