Moved to git: xdg-user-dirs, default-icon-theme, xdgmime, shared-mime-info

while the other three are pure software repositories, but this one contains a 
specification. it would be great if it could join other specifications that 
are alive and in use in one git repo that:

* is more freely accessible to all
* can be found next to all the other specs
* can provide metadata as to who is using it and since when

would it be alright with you (and those working on the icon specs) if i added 
them to http://gitorious.org/xdg-specs/ which would then be where future work 
on them takes place? i'm quite happy to do the work of adding it to that repo, 
documenting which projects are using it since when, etc., but i don't want to 
create a dead fork either. whomever needs commit access to the specs can have 
it as well ...
