Feedback on implementing Systray2.0 in GLX-Dock

I've made a little video to illustrate the problem with the menu.
The coordinates sent to the ContextMenu method were (977;697), my screen is
900 pixels height.
Both Kopete and Nepomuk are affected, probably all the applications are.

We can also see that the tooltip of Kopete is empty because Pango couldn't
read some html markers.

Everything else works quite as expected.
