[PATCH] xdgmime: Add autotools-based build system.

Just some more info about the idea behind this. Apparently, there is no
standard library for accessing the database provided by shared-mime-info. So
with xdgmime seeming like the "reference" implementation, it would be nice to
have an actual release tarball that people can use.

I am willing to help out with this, though I don't have a freedesktop.org
account and cannot commit (or upload release tarballs) myself.
