Maybe but there wouldn't be much use except for ported apps like Qt stuff. We have our own inter app scripting interface that far predates D-Bus, inherited from BeOS, which just works and is integrated with the native API.
It should be possible to make a D-Bus wrapper to it maybe, but I don't know D-Bus enough to tell.
