xdg xembed specs broken?

Yeah, it's a known issue caused by the fact that cvs.freedesktop.org
went offline, see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45184

I need to find the scripts I used to import files from cvs in the git
repo, and then it'll get fixed.
