xdg xembed specs broken?

I went ahead and did a test import of the clipboard-related specs,
recent-files, xembed and xsettings. This is all available at
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-specs/log/?h=wip/cvs-import

Owen, are you fine with xembed and xsettings living in xdg-specs?

I've also updated the web export, so
http://standards.freedesktop.org/xembed-spec/ works again.
