D-Bus activation from desktop files

One of the main topics that was discussed at the freedesktop Summit was
using D-Bus activation from desktop files.  In essence, to launch an app
you simply send a D-Bus message, instead of doing fork()/exec().

We mostly figured out what the spec changes should look like while at
the summit.  I've created a patch to the specification and filed a bug
about that here:
