fd.o logo usage

Hey list,

I'd like to use the fd.o logo[1] with an upcoming commercial libre
application available for most fd.o friendly desktop environments. I'd
like to use the logo, such as on the packaging, to reassure users that
it will probably play nice with compatible desktop environments. I'd
also like to help advance fd.o's contributions and recognition among
the layman by doing this.

I believe the logo is licensed under the GPL, but I didn't want to step
on anyone's toes and figured it would be best to ask anyways in case it
was trademarked as well.
